Discover the world of zisha clay in a private workshop led by ceramic artist Mu Zhongya in Hangzhou. For two hours, you will learn to work with this iconic mineral clay from Yixing, closely linked to Chinese tea culture. No prior experience is necessary: Mu Zhongya will introduce you to the material, tools, and essential techniques of hand-building. Each participant will create two to three small pieces, such as zisha cups or small sculptures.
