Cancellation Policy
🔹 Booking Booking is required via email, message, or form. Confirmation will be sent upon validation. Some services (tours, entrances, Didi, boats) require a non-refundable prepayment. 🔹 Cancellation More than 48 hours prior: full refund. 48 to 24 hours prior: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours prior: non-refundable. Attraction tickets and private transportation already booked: non-refundable. 🔹 Changes Possible up to 24 hours prior (subject to availability). After this time, any change will be considered a late cancellation. 🔹 Lateness & No-Shows Tolerance: 30 minutes. After this time, the tour will start and no refund will be issued. No-show: 100% charge. 🔹 Waiting List Sign up when the tour is full. Notification in order of arrival. Confirmation required within 2 hours. 🔹 Connected Services Didi/driver: fees are non-refundable for late cancellations. Ferries/boats: schedules subject to change. Tour/museum/attraction tickets: non-refundable once issued. 🔹 Responsibility The guide provides safety, orientation, and assistance. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client.
